How to Calm Your Skin When You Can’t Calm Your Mind
Kabhi-kabhi mind itna heavy ho jata hai ki skin bhi react karne lagti hai. Stress aata hai, toh body andar se hormones release karti hai jo skin ko red, itchy, or oily bana dete hain. Mind control karna mushkil hota hai, par skin ko sambhalna aasaan ho sakta hai.
